The licence

Dumi is free to use while it is being made. You may install it on the Macs you use, personally or at work. You may not sell it, or pass off a modified build as Dumi.

Your data is yours

Everything the app stores stays on your Mac in a plain JSON file. No rights over your tasks, text or anything else are claimed. See the privacy page.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It is a small app made with care, not a guarantee: keep your own backups of anything you would miss.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the author is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost time, arising from using the app or this site.

Changes

These terms may change as the app grows up. Material changes will be dated here, and continuing to use the app after that means the new terms apply.
